Battery Failure Alarm Systems has developed a revolutionary battery monitor that continuously checks on-line UPS system batteries and dependably signals a local and/or optional remote alarm anytime the battery is unable to perform. This unique monitor does not require a battery discharge or system down time to effectively monitor single or parallel strings. This monitor is installed easily, totally non-invasive of the UPS.
Installation is done without disruption to the load or battery system. The normal open alarm contacts can be used to activate a modem or signal a remote monitor. Once installed, this battery monitor will sound an alarm when conditions indicate that the battery systems cannot support the load should a power failure occur.
